If you want something relatively late model, a full size 3500-series van is your only option at this point.
The last Ford Excursion rolled off the line in 2005. Rare to find one that hasn't been driven to death already.
The last 2500 Suburban/Yukon rolled off the line in 2013 apparently. Even these are five years old and tough to find.
Nobody really makes a tow vehicle that can tow a big heavy trailer and cart a big heavy family at the same time. There are just so few big families that camp "heavy", that it's not economically viable to produce a tow vehicle suited to such a thing. Even the big van is a compromise.
