Sounds like you're asking about how the wheelbase of the truck effects the length of the trailer you can safely tow due to sway, do you know the wheelbase of the truck you're thinking about? F150s range from 126" to 163", Here's a book that has a table on page 18 that shows safe trailer lengths vs wheelbase. Mine is 163" so they claim the truck can safely handle the sway of a 33' trailer, with the max tow and HD I can go up to 2200 lbs payload (not including what's in the truck) and a trailer max weight of 11100, yours will differ. Ford.com has the specs for the F150's.
