I agree! I was stunned by how much more expensive (new) Palominos are out west, than here in Michigan where they're made - but the dealers have to cover their transportation costs, too. IMO, you'll find more of a brand in an area where it's made. Also makes the trip back to the mfr, if needed for warranty work, a little less painless.
