Eternabond for temporary fix, looks like water intrusion, how is the sealing around the cab over lights etc.
Those rusty screws dont look good, back some of them out and look at the threads....
I would try to roll that sheet back and have a look under and above there..
Its good these things don't have to float or they would all sink pretty quickly...leaks seem to be the name of the game, I am at ours constantly. We take a caulking gun, Eternabond and Dicor at all times on a trip... Most Rv's are quite a piece of work...
