Well i did a complete seal job last April with with Dicor lap sealant in the horizontal roof seams then did every seal, vents,window,cab over lights, cab over window with pro flex brush able seal. You name I sealed it!! Previous owner neglected the sealing process for the 8 years he owned it. Those trim screws were a bit rusty last February when I bought it. Maybe I should replace them with some stainless steel screws?
Honestly I am only going to keep it maybe 2 more months then upgrade. Just checked all seals and looked good. No new leaks and this camper has been through some monsoon rain this last couple of months. TC is 17 years old..
