Had a unit which water came from the tires, wet pavement...had to tighten down some screws and then sprayed seams with a rubberized spray bought at an auto place. Just a thought to check out.
Another is the rubber molding inside the compartment may not be seated correctly.
I also replaced that on one of the rigs.
