We own this same model, it used to be a s242sbhss when we purchased ours new in 2014. We have not had any major problems, just the usual maintenance of repacking bearings and I put new (and better) tires on this year. The water line connections were loose when we got it, I tightened them hand tight and since then there has been no leaks. Ours was upgraded with the fiberglass siding and that has held up well. Overall, I think the quality of our KZ trailer is as good or a little better then the Jayco and others that I have owned. This floor plan works well for our family of 4. I may get a bigger TT at some point just to have more seating while watching TV, that would be my only complaint on this floor plan.
