One really good point that SoundGuy made was the short queen bed. I forgot that I changed this in ours because I cannot stand having my feet hang off of the end of the bed. I bought a new piece of OSB and extended the bed support out a few inches and then bought a regular queen size memory foam mattress from Amazon. This was the best mod that I have done so far! The Double over Double bunks are very nice once the kids want to have their own space. I enjoy the outdoor kitchen especially when I am cooking and cleaning fish as I don't stink up the inside and it is nice to wash up outside! The dinette's are not real spacious as pointed out.
