We bought a Big foot 25' 2009. we thought (and was told) it was built like a Boston Whaler boat, it was not, they use 1/2" poly foam sheets glued to the walls. It sweated so bad the first winter we had 1/2" of ice on the interior any where you could look.
Really hard to believe the way some people can exagerate!....1/2" of ice on the interior anywhere you could look?"....oh cumon now....jeez..... if this truly happened then it surely was not the fault of the trailer, but rather, the occupant not knowing how to live in an RV.
I owned a 2002 BF 2500 9.6 camper for 14 years, took it east across Canada to Newfoundland, back west through northern states, up to Alaska, down to Texas, and numerous trips to Arizona. Nothing fell apart. No cabinets came loose. Just as solid the day I sold it as it was when I bought it.
I also owned a 2009 BF 2500 25B25RQ trailer for 7 years. Towed it 3000 miles+ every spring from Vancouver Isl to Arizona and back for 7 years snowbirding. Lived in it for 3 months each year for the 7 years with no issues what so ever....nothing!...I take care of my equipment and do preventative maintenance where I can. Running gear was never an issue, nothing fell apart, no "1/2" of ice all over the interior" ever....so, I'm sorry if some folks have had a bad experience with their Bigfoot unit, but I for one cannot fault their product.....
PS..my 2017 Bigfoot 2500 10.4 camper is currently being built, with a delivery date of mid August.
