Took it for a drive with the larger tires and everything is fine. IMO there needs to be duals at the rear for stability. Since my truck is like new and only 5k miles and am fond of at this time, I'll probably look for something lighter or TT, etc.

Well,that's a big truck camper...Anyone that tells you there will be no sway/roll in corners,isn't telling you the truth..
My local RV tech that worked on every type of Rv for over 40 years,bought a Eagle Cap 950 slide to put on his brand new Dodge 3500 SRW..Sold the camper within a month because of the handling on corners but he does live up a really windy road.
My F-350 DRW with air bags/sway bar etc at 2582 pounds empty,sways on corners,just not as bad as the SRW..
A truck camper on your pickup is not going to drive like it's not there.
