Bare in mind TC and most of RV are assembled by minimum wage workers, who just left farm work behind.
I pulled out about 20 lb of excees of copper wire from my Fleetwood and would you think that with price of copper they will watch the use carefully.
In the past I used to own Barth motorhome.
Those had aluminium siding and even they had no intention to be competition to Prevost, they were pampered and restored just like Avions.
One of the reasons could be that Barth used Amish labor for assembly.
Than again, how much time would managers have to spend to train laborer to proper torquing?
My way of thinking is
"you accept the **** >>> you will get more ****"
