Is the rear bumper on a tt strong enough to support a 4 bike rack? Bought a 2 in reducing sleeve thing to weld to bumper, any pro/cons?

One thing to remember is putting one of those bike rack on the A frame will increase TW, I've seen this too many times people installing them without rechecking TW.
