We just picked up our TimberRidge 270BH and will be going on our first trip. We looked at all of the OutdoorsRV and Northwood lines at two dealers in our area. As parents with a 4 year old, we wanted the bunkhouse and decided on the TimberRidge. One thing our sales rep and the shop guys all said when we were picking up is that the Blackstone has been a more troublesome line and they have seen more of those back for repair work, meaning out of 150 they sell maybe 5 - 10 come back per year for warranty repair. They stated that they might see one of the TimberRidge's come back in a year. They did add a dealer to the Denver area. Also you can call the sales reps for OutdoorsRV and they are more than willing to help you find a dealer that would have what you want, plus they might know who is in the pipeline for becoming a dealer. Enjoy!
