Black tank deodorizers
Does the stuff at Wal-Mart really work or is their a home brew I should try to keep odors at bay?

There is a big difference in a product that is nothing more than a perfume to try and 'cover up' a smell.
Versus a product that does this:
Campa-Chem-'Original'
"The most powerful odor control available
Liquefies waste and breaks down tissue fast to prevent clogging
Powerful detergents clean tank walls and drain lines"
Deodorizers do not do any of the above.
I ran out of Campa-Chem one time and a fellow camper gave me a packet of his 'o naturalle' deodorizer. OMG the overpowering smell of gawd awful perfume in my coach had me running to the dump to get rid of it! :B
