Black Tank Flush

I for one did not say it was stupid to rinse a holding tank. I did say over use of water was not a good thing. Lots of rest areas with dump stations are on septic tank-sewage lagoon systems. They have gone to waterless urinals trying to conserve water. There are lots of waterless urinals in use in many public places that don't have dump stations but are doing their part to conserve water. There are also lots of RV parks/campgrounds on septic systems and have problems from time to time with them. If every RV that dumped their tanks,refilled and rinsed a couple of extra times using say even 10 or so extra gallons of water, I don't mind the extra wait but the excess water use and overtaxing of sewer systems does bother me.
