Black tank sprayer plugged

Our Outback black tank sprayer which we hook the hose to after dumping the tanks is plugged? Working fine 2 weeks ago..now can't get any water thru..Looked at removing the line and checking but that would require removing a lot of underpinning...just wondering if anyone had any idea's..

    agree with the back flow valve and it shouldn't be hard to get to. The line should go up to the valve and then back down to the tank.

    Most likely, the backflow preventer at the inlet is fouled up. Sometimes you can hit it with your finger, just be ready for a water to come back at you.
