Black Water holding tank

Need help finding a black water holding tank. I have a 2000 Jayco Eagle 266 and the previous owners busted the tank so there isnt one there at all. I called travel trailers sales and service that are located close to home. They gave me some specs that aren't making much sense to me. Every site I have been on don't have any tanks close to the size...26x62x10...any suggestions???

Have you call Ricks RV in Joliet? They may be able to help you with your search..
  • Think from your measurements you are looking for a 62"L x 26"W x 10"H

Don't know if that is the size of area tank can be mounted in OR if that is the size of tank??

Need to verify exactly what those measurements are!

    Link to replacement tanks

    Another place to check

Don't forget the necessary grommets/fittings for lines to tank (drop line and vent line) and drain line out of tank
  • If you can't find the size you used to have you will need to go witih a different size tank. If they broke the holding tank I would assume it's NOT an enclosed belly so you have many OTHER size options that can easily be checked to see if they'll work. May also need to get a little creative about how to fasten the new tank in place rather than a simple "bolt in" job. There is absolutely NO reason you would need the same measurements as the OEM tank.
    Good luck / Skip
  • I had mine replaced a couple of years ago on that same model Jayco. The shop that did the work called Jayco to find out where to get a replacement. I'm thinking they might have even bought it from Jayco....

  • Im replacing my tanks also. One of them came from tweedys.com, and one I purchased on ebay. couldnt find the exact tank because my tt is a 79 model. Our biggest problem is going to be how to get the tanks to stay in place. We are using angle iron welded to the frame. Then straps. Good luck
  • I bought mine on-line at TANK DEPOT. Very satisfied and good price
