As long as you have access to it right now I would disconnect and remove the flusher to check and see whats wrong. It should only be 3 small screws to remove. That way you can clean the sprayer because they are known for clogging. A lot of people drill the holes in the sprayer a little larger to avoid clogging. Mine clogged this spring and it was only a 15 minute job to remove and reinstall. I just used a generous amount of GE Supreme silicone when I put it back in. I don't remember being able to swivel the fitting. That could very well be why it's leaking.
