Untill the one time you get water collecting in a low point in one of the water lines and then POP! $12 of the pink stuff is money well spent and the job is done properly.
Unless you just don't want the pink stuff in your lines because it smells horrible, and is very difficult to flush out completely.
There is a reason these trailers have a "low point drain" and if you use that drain then most of the water will have left the trailer by gravity. The air pushes the little remaining water out.
