Blowing out water lines mistake ??

I am also in Minnesota. I like the antifreeze method. Seems safer to me. We don't drink water out of a tap. The pink stuff rinses right out when we recharge the system with city water before the next use. I recommend carrying filtered water (reverse osmosis) for drinking. There is a lot of stuff floating around in our water supplies that doesn't get filtered out by the municipality or an on board water filter.
