a lot of things can cause tire blow outs. we lost a tire every time we went camping. there are also things besides just tire air pressure. is the TT set up for towing correctly. that tire may have more weight of the TT on it than the other three tires is the set up is not correct. and since it is the same tire blowing out all the time I would suspect that this is the case. there are videos on u tube that explain the weight thing on the tires for MH and for TTs. go to u tube type in something of the subject on weight for tires on TT's and look for the video.
