I use a Blue Ox on my trailer and it is great. The head is pre adjusted so there is no dealing with the tilt, it is really quiet, and it can stay connected when backing up. I tow a 32' travel trailer, and it keeps it in line and there is no sway. I would highly recommend the Blue Ox.
