Gimme as break. Director of RAM trucks, speaks to his minions about how great he is doing? Just trying to justify his multi million dollar job. Maybe he should address why they could not satisfy the market demands of 2013? His job is on the line. He has to do that.
And don't give me that bullshiit about the suppliers let them down. That's a cop out. RAM needs to select suppliers that can support their needs. Bottom line is, they lost a lot of sales to Ford and GM, because RAM could not deliver.
My next truck might be a RAM. But they need to show me one heck of a lot more than they showed me in 2012. And their sales people, fleet managers and truck managers needs to learn the important hauling and cc spec's of their trucks. They could not advise of the CCC, or the Towing capacity. In fact, one truck manager told me, it's a 3500 so the CCC is 3500 pounds.
And they need to put together a good package that meets my needs. Last time they didn't want my money. In fact they told me, if I can buy the Ford for that price, I should go get it. And it was 20 minutes later and I did.
I'll look at RAM again. But they got a long way to go with me. And I really don't care what hegbloom says. He'll be gone in a couple months anyway. The Fiat CEO isn't going to be fooled by this dope. And he needs to go on a diet, too.
