As others have said, you don't need to be a NL owner but having said that, I do have a NL 8.11 SE and I use the following Reese hitch extension.

It works great for me and I haul a PJ Trailer model 8312, which is 83" wide and 12' long. I haul my ATV, coolers, gas etc. on the trailer. I believe mine is pinned at 34" if I remember right which has a rating of 450 lb tongue weight and 4500 lb gross trailer weight.
