I don't think a professional mover, Good Sam or any paid service is going to touch that for liability reasons. Far too risky to damage trailer and structure.
I believe it's on you to get this out and moved. If it's on concrete consider removing tires and using blocks under the axle tall enough to make sure the drums don't touch the ground and put plastic nylon cutting boards under it. Will be far lower than a dolly and slide pretty easily. Recommend hand winching it out too to prevent damage.
