Having moved portable office building in the past contact a mobile home mover. You might get a better price. We had all kinds of jacks and rollers to do this, even more fun if you "dropped" one.

It all depends on how much money and time you have. The roof ac comes off easy and would just need a new gasket, and loosening/removing four bolts.
