It is always reassuring to have an "escape pod." Even in Florida, it is nice to be able to run,in comfort, if we have to.
Often over the years we used it often , even if we just waiting out a long power outage.
Now that we full time, it is our home, but it is reassuring to know that we can "bug out" within an hour, even when fully set up.
