Absolutely.
Just spend a bit of time on the Gulf Coast when a potential hurricane is bearing down.
Homeowners start to armor their homes, or run,worry and hope.
And we as taxpayers rebuild their ill-founded homes, in many cases.
That is one of our myriad current functions, as taxpayers.
I just remain, as always, ready to peel out.
Actually though, I enjoy a moderate hurricane.
With apologies to Garth, the camper rolls!
I have run, and shall continue to run from the big 'uns, though.
I always carry survival gear, and rations. Can't imagine why anyone wouldn't.
