I had a TC for years, and plan to get another, the grandkids demanded more space, but that is not germane. You do not have to live in the city, it is your choice. You are kidding yourself if you think your plan is of real value.
I have a large safe full of firearms and ammo to ensure our safety. Short of a smal army, it is unlikely anyone is going to impede me in anyway.
You and the other preppers are delusionary.
