from my research prior to my recent ford purchase, the platinum superduty is the only one with a heated rear seat unless there is some hidden ford option. Im not doubting it is available on the kind ranch, but I know it isn't on the lariat. Also non of them have a cooled rear seat, the platinum is the only one with a heated steering wheel.
Now im not saying that a dealer couldn't have added a rear seat heater, but pretty hard to add cooling as it involves duct work.
