Has anyone heard or know if Ford ever offered a "Elite" pkg in '12? Buddy of mine swears that's what it says on side of a truck at his friends house.I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean it may not exist. Says it only has like 3 springs in rear, f/r heated/cooled seats.

I have not heard of it. Could be a regional package. If you are talking F250/350 I don't think any had cooled rear seats as an option.

Not sure if you are talking F-150/250/350. I have the 2012 F150 sales brochure and it lists the following: XL, STX, XLT, FX2/FX4, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Harley Davidson and SVT Raptor.As mentioned perhaps a regional offer or maybe a dealer package.

have you heard of a bandag package? our local dealer are offering it on fords and chevys,i bet it was a dealer package

Think I would have to see a picture before I believed your friend. May be a dealer thing. As far as rear cooled seats? I thinking he may be blowing smoke out his a$$.

my 2016 f350 platinum has front cooled/heated seats and rear heated also heated steering wheel, no cooling in the back seat. I never heard of an Elite, most likely some stickers the dealer put on and up priced it!

My buddy texted me some pics of truck he was describing (finally) and it's a Lariat and DOES have heated/cooled front seats. Springs are 3 mains w/ aux/overload (looks factory). Never knew Ford offered cooled seats. Everything on dash looks factory.
