Don't do that...blinding is dangerous, illegal, and potentially cause an accident and subsequent lawsuits and jail
If you are heck bent on doing something...get an aftermarket HEAVY DUTY rear bumper that hads a 2 inch reciever and put tons of reflective tape. Combo white and red
Then put a long draw bar, about 8 inches, with a large SS ball
If you insist on a red tail light, only use DOT certified and that will keep you legal
Some folks turn on their windshield wiper and sprayers. Works on most who don't keep their wiper blades in hood order...
