What type of trailer brake controller do you have ? Brake pedal switch or MC sensed ? Integrated ?

Any modifications ?

Vehicles today have good braking components.

The materials should not have cirroided through in two years...even when if the lines were not coated with a protective paint/plating/etc

Please post back when you get the dealers diagnostics and solutions
