Brake Lines Blown While Towing with Toyota Tundra!!!!

I think this is an isolated problem. Something definitely sounds odd about it. A 5K lb trailer behind a Tundra shouldn't pose much problem at all and the brake lines are not known for rupture. Besides, if the trailer brakes were adjusted and working properly, this should have been a non issue, as long as the driver was doing his part and didn't continue to drive after the Brake light came on from low pressure on the rear brakes. That did happen right?
