I knew there was a reason I had left this forum a few years ago. Thought it may have changed, looks like the ridiculous mentality is worse.
I agree, but take it easy on the guy. He just had a harrowing experience and in retrospect he is thinking about the things that could have happened. His is a relatively natural and predictable reaction to such events.
Maybe he is a little overboard at this point but it is understandable.
As far as the rest of the respondents to the thread goes it seems no one has expressed any ridiculous mentality. People have shared their own experiences and given advice.
Except for a couple of emotionally charged posts there really is no reason to drive you off the boards over a situation where someone is venting their experiences and others are expressing suggestions and experiences of their own.
