It get driven frequently a couple of times a week mainly shortish trips less than 20 mi. Just went over 110K. The calipers are phenolic. Actually thinking on it, I've replaced the rear calipers a couple of times. And I may have contributed to the problem since I just figured out that you should remove the cage, seat the pads and those clips and replace the cage. I was trying to work with the cage on the truck and may not have installed the clips correctly.
