My electric brakes work when barley rolling like at a stop light or backing into a site but when traveling at any speed the controller flashes red and dont work. Ive already added grounds to both ends...

Brake wires have been known to short to the axle tubes where they run through the axles. Be sure to check that the insulation is good there.
