Brand new Kodiak trailer - can't use toilet

At times like these it is hard not to go ballistic. I would request a new trailer or full money back. I would also try to find a lawyer friend to write a letter. This is totally unacceptable and having a black tank that you can not drain completely is not a solution.

Good luck. Might be time for the squeaky wheel to get louder.

time for an att. just my .02 cents worth . your dealer did work without approval and now the factory ain,t gonna step in.

Is the tank misaligned so the hole isn't lined with the toilet? Is that a "knock out" piece of plastic stuck in the pipe? Can you remove the tank and see wth is going on?

Could the black tank be slightly moved to where a 45 off the floor flange could plumb properly into the black tank? I tend to think there is probably not enough room to shift the black tank to get the room to do that.
