Congrats on the new trailer!! The price doesn't sound bad, you got a trailer you love for a price you feel is reasonable. My DH is famous for second guessing any and all purchases....except for our HTT and this past spring our TT. He's happy, I'm happy, it's perfect for us, we feel good about the price and what anyone else thinks isn't important. Now, go sit in your new trailer and plan some great trips. That's the important part now. Happy camping!
Interesting that you would mention your ministry and some of the church members....once upon a time I was secretary for 3 pastors at a huge church and understand completely. I had long-since left my job and we were with friends at a small, local RV/Boat show and ran into one of the pastors with his family. He told us all about their new trailer, but asked me not to mention it should I see any of the members. He said they just sometimes needed to get away from anything to do with their ministry, but often folks don't understand that, so he didn't want anyone to know. They had 2 small sons and IMHO, what better way to rejuvenate than to get out and experience all of the great things in our world....including getting back to nature. I'm sorry you have members that don't understand the challenges of your life and being in such a small town makes it even moreso. Go, enjoy, come back refreshed.
