I haven't found the need to do anything ...stock has worked GREAT!

14K 'wind sail' (13'4" 5vr) and trucks pulls 7% grade at 62 mph in cruise w/o missing a beat.

Does exactly what I bought it for.....relaxed competent reliable towing ---no mods needed.

How much power can it handle.....depends on how much money you have to mod
