Broke a leaf spring. Shop says I should instal bigger ones?

Having broken 2 spings on my 5th wheel, I would vote for heavier springs bu also replace all the shackles and bolts as well. 1 tow on a flat bed tow truck for a 30 mile trip costs $1200. Good Sam Emergency roadside service payed for the total tow:):):)
