Broke Truck
My F250 6.0L psd engine shut off while we were on the road and wont start now. Anyone had this problem and what was the solution. We have plenty of fuel pressure.

- Look at the voltage on the FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) If that is good. Look to batteries and alternator.

Powerstroke forum - I'm no expert, but I'll say ficm is bad.

Sorry for the snide comeback. But there have been so many reported issues with that motor it is any bodies guess how bad it is. Bad fuel, bad computer, head gasket blown.
The only way to know for sure is to have it towed to a Ford garage with a good diesel mechanic and let him have a go at it. While your at it, you might look at new trucks.
