jimh425, I hesitated to make a similar post, but do agree with yours. I think it is unfair to any degree or vocation to expect the person to be all knowing in their subject of study.
You are correct, we are getting off topic, but this subject does help the reader in understanding the "experts" should be verified independently. It really helps if the expert has actual experience in the topic at hand.
