I have a wide variety of tools in my jeep (including securty bit set - i've assisted other motorists who were stranded), socket set, screwdrivers, pliers, various others. Along with extra fuses, axe (sometimes trees fall and block you in on FS roads up in mountains). In this case, my tool set doesn't include deep socket, socket extension or nut driver in order to remove stabilizer jack out of field - but will after this ordeal.
good idea on white duct tape.. i'll need to acquire some.
