Here is my thinking:
1) Hitch it up, take it to the dealer, unhitch and drop it off. Come back a week later and repeat the whole process. (not even considering the stabilizer won't go up for the trip)
-or-
2) Take the stabilizer off, go to the dealer and get a new one, go home and put it on. (four bolts, a ratchet with proper sized socket and about 5 minutes).
That makes the answer pretty simple to me. Maybe acting as your own RV Tech is the best use of your time sometimes, warranty or no warranty.
