I don't think this is a simple issue at all. It is easy to say the owner should demand this and demand that, but in reality it could potentially take an enormous amount of time and effort to make things completely right. It is also easy to just tell him to trade it in, but that might not be part of his budget going forward. I really don't know the answer, but I know it is not necessarily going to be a simple solution.
