What a vendor will say in 'good faith'...disappears once the realization of the
total $$$$ impact will/might be
It's really not the station's fault...unless they continued to sell after they
found out about it
It is the delivery systems fault. Know it might be the drivers fault, but they
are employees of a refinery, oil company, or trucking firm. They 'should' have
insurance. Even an independent driver 'should' have insurance
Why insurance exists
Again, document all NOW
As noted above...report or at least call their county for help and to time stamp
& document
