Maybe I read the post different, but I took it as the new owner was aware of the motor issue when the deal was made. BUT... could be wrong! Lol
Yes, the new owner knew of the problem. He got a very expensive aircraft real cheap and worked on the engines himself.
Sorry, very poor wording on my part.
Shell wanted out of that mistake REAL fast and sent him a check and a release form very quickly!
