You have no idea how awesome that shop sounds to someone stuck on a cramped suburban plot of land -- in Southern California, we don't measure our lots in acres. We use square feet.
The only suggestion I would make is lots of power outlets, with a high-capacity sub panel, so you don't fry the circuitry with all of your power tools. Please don't ask me how I know this.
