Lets not forget running Cat6 cable for your network devices if you ever think you will run a internet connection to the building. MANY products are utilizing network connectivity with many more in the near future. It would be nice to turn lights on as you are heading up the drive. Or turning the heat up as you are en route.
Not to mention network cameras so you can keep an eye on the place whenever you feel the need. No with POE switches, you don't even need to run power to the cameras. It's injected through the CAT6. Making it much easier to install.
